Robert Hudson, Member, Frost Brown Todd
Rob, a member of Frost Brown Todd's Labor and Employment Law Practice, has been representing employers, including nonprofits, for over 25 years. He is a past chair of the Northern Kentucky Chamber, the Covington Business Council, and the Northern Kentucky Society for Human Resources, receiving the Northern Kentucky Area Development District’s Community Leadership Award and the Northern Kentucky Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Lee Ellen Martin, Fundraising Consultant
Lee Ellen has over 25 years experience as a fundraising consultant, with professional positions at the Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, The Explorium, Hospice of the Bluegrass and United Way of the Bluegrass. She assists clients across Kentucky with auditing their fundraising strategies, creating comprehensive plans to increase and sustain giving, and provides coaching for board and staff members in identification of prospects, solicitation and cultivation. Lee Ellen also has been active at her children’s school and has served on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass.

David L. Thompson, Vice-President of Public Policy, National Council of Nonprofits
David is vice-president of public policy for the nation's largest network of nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the council in February 2010, Thompson served as director of government affairs at Independent Sector. He served in the public sector from 2001 to 2007 as a senior counsel and as policy director to the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, notably as counsel to the Pension Protection Act conference committee. Before working on Capitol Hill, Thompson directed federal policy for a consulting firm and practiced law for 17 years.

As a coach, her passion is helping leaders increase their emotional intelligence, which she sees as a critical component of a thriving organization.
